Frustrations...and delights!
I love this world. It's absolutely fantastic, it really is. What a wonderful experience it is when you find the time and space to see it as such. But on the days you don't have the calm mind that happiness in this world requires you to have, it sure as hell can frustrate you!

A few lessons on living without money so far...
In a few days time I'll have reached the three month mark in my year without money - over a quarter of the way there. I hope that doesn't sound like I am wishing my life away; I'm not, I actually see it as a trial run for the rest of my life. It is just one of those landmarks stages that makes you a bit reflective about things.

The long-term vision for Freeconomy...
I have really felt a change in the seasons over the last couple of days – the bite has gone from the breeze, we've just had a couple of really warm days, some flowers are starting to show their faces again, the evenings are starting to finally feel longer and the birds are singing like they've noticed the change as well. At least that's how it feels here in the south-west of England anyway!

A day in the money-free life...
Whenever people ask me about how my year is going – whether it be people I meet, media folk or through comments on this blog – it always takes a very negative tone, as if they were sympathising with me and wanted to know my troubles.

How to beat the Credit Crunch...
Last night myself and Kath Kelly, author of 'How I lived for a year on just £1 a day', gave a talk in Bristol (UK) regarding ways to not only beat the credit crunch, but simultaneously tackle climate change and resource depletion all at the same time.
