Living without Money and the Transition movement
Last week I wrote a blog for the Transition movement as part of a week their social reporter's were running on living without money. For those of you who haven't heard of Transition, it's a movement that has spread to every corner of the globe. Their overall aim is to help people make the transition from where we are now (in terms of this planet's ability to sustain us) to where we need to go to. It actually goes much further than that in practice - it gives people a framework in which they can co-create healthy, happy lives into the bargain.

Money, psychedelics and reconnecting to the Whole
Once upon a time, humans understood that they were part of one big organism, one whole, whose individual parts were interconnected and entirely interdependent on one another. Things we're going fine. We didn't have electric toothbrushes or BBC iplayer and we lived a little bit shorter, but we (and the rest of the community of life we shared Earth with) had clean air, fresh water, freedom, plenty of food, space, a sense of oneness with all that we can't even imagine today, Wildness in our souls, Wildness in our landscapes, and our dignity.
